My shop is a one-man show. I work on every detail myself at the highest level of expertise. I complete diagnostic work with the latest "dealer-level" tools which I am trained for (Porsche PIWIS, BMW ISTA, Mercedes Benz STAR, and for AUDI and VW VAG-COM). I do all mechanical work (specializing in the rebuilt of engines and transmissions - both automatic and manual), electrical work, and body parts upgrade installation. I know everything about the vehicles I work on and my customers know that my work is about quality, not quantity. And that is why I don't outsource like other shops. I want to have 100% control over the vehicle and the final outcome. For very specialized machine work, I use an excellent machine shop I've had a long relationship with. Sometimes, I even design and manufacture my own parts for rare classic vehicles (for which parts are difficult or impossible to find).
